OSL Global is a multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery company supporting critical railway infrastructure works across the UK. We are looking for Signalling Team Leaders to support site-based rail delivery, leading installation teams and helping ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required technical standard.
The role may involve:
- Leading signalling installation teams on UK rail infrastructure projects
- Supporting planning and task briefings
- Coordinating safe delivery on site
- Installing signalling equipment
- Supporting TPWS, AWS and new location case works
- Working closely with wider project delivery, testing and commissioning teams
Candidates should have previous experience in railway signalling installation, experience leading or supervising site-based rail teams, a relevant IRSE licence, technical signalling training, PTS, the right to work in the UK, and a good understanding of safe working in rail environments. The ability to brief, coordinate and support site teams effectively is essential.
Additional telecoms or multidisciplinary rail experience, a full UK driving licence, experience working on Network Rail infrastructure, risk assessment or task briefing experience, and the ability to support works across multiple UK sites would be desirable.
Any offer will be based on training record, demonstrable skillset, existing ATW, experience, IRSE licence status, CSCS status and any training required to meet the minimum requirements of the role.
