We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will be based in our Hessle office with hybrid working. As our Document Controller you will manage and control the project documentation within OSL ensuring traceability of all documentation flow and that all documentation procedures are adhered to.
Responsibilities:- Control the document numbering system for all documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the flow of documentation, internally and externally to OSL, to always ensure traceability.
- Work with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable and archived.
- Respond as required to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnel.
- Receive, catalogue, and store hard and electronic copies of all technical drawings, reports, and related information in an orderly manner, in line with policies and procedures.
- IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
