OSJCT Group is seeking a Care Leader for The Cedars care home in Purton. You’ll lead a small team of carers, plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence, and regularly review care plans. Working 36 hours a week, 8am–8pm, three shifts weekly including alternating weekends.
Competitive pay: £15.97ph Mon–Fri and £16.37ph weekends. The Trust offers training, development, and a range of staff benefits.
