The role encompasses a myriad of responsibilities, such as:
- Providing engineering insights

Qualifications:
- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Site Inspection
- A minimum of five (5) years of tangible experience in inspection and quality assurance, encompassing construction or refurbishment of facilities, buildings, roadways, and building systems.
Desirable Certifications:
- Affiliation with the Institute of Clerk of Works
- Registration with the Engineering Council
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent on-site attendance or conduct systematic site visits.
- Exhibit keen oversight in inspecting a broad spectrum of technical facets of construction.
- Develop proficiency in relevant diagrams and written instructions, utilizing them as benchmarks during inspections.
- Execute visual examinations of work on site.
- Engage in on-site measurements and sampling to ensure conformity with specifications and quality parameters.
- Stay abreast with statutory mandates and verify compliance.
- Possess and apply a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, and promptly highlight any discrepancies to the relevant parties.
- Diligently compile detailed records related to various aspects of construction, and generate periodic reports for the architect, planner, or client.
