We are looking for a commercially focused Product Manager / Business Change Lead to own the roadmap and prioritisation of a key business-critical platform. This role is ideal for someone with a background in business analysis, project delivery, product ownership or transformation, with a good understanding of finance-related processes and outstanding stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will be confident managing a large pipeline of change, assessing competing priorities, and making clear recommendations on what will deliver the greatest value to the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product roadmap and enhancement pipeline
- Prioritise a high volume of requests based on business benefit, user impact and risk
- Work closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into clear deliverables for technical and delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement, releases, upgrades and process optimisation
- Communicate priorities, progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels
What we are looking for:
- Experience in product management, business analysis, project management or business change
- Strong experience prioritising competing demands and managing a roadmap or backlog
- Good understanding of finance, operational or business-critical processes
