We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to support a major business transformation and SAP S/4HANA programme. This contract role is suited to a hands-on process improvement professional with strong experience across supply chain processes, process mapping, continuous improvement, and stakeholder-led change.
The successful candidate will be confident in arranging, running, and leading workshops with business teams, capturing current-state processes, designing improved future-state ways of working, and supporting process alignment with SAP-enabled transformation. Working across business, operations, supply chain, and technology teams, you will identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and optimise end-to-end processes, ensuring practical improvements are clearly documented and ready for implementation.

- Arrange, facilitate, and lead process discovery and improvement workshops with business stakeholders.
- Map current-state and future-state business processes across supply chain and related operational areas.
- Analyse existing ways of working to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, duplication, and improvement opportunities.
