The Sales Director is responsible for developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
Responsibilities- Support and reinforce existing opportunities in the European region.
- Assume account lead responsibilities for existing accounts already utilising Rapiscan cargo equipment.
- Develop an understanding of the strategic drivers for cargo system procurement across the European region and use these to inform the company’s focus.
- Build relationships across the relevant stakeholder landscape including end users, policy officials and partners.
- Create and deliver clearly articulated strategy and action items to corporate leadership.
- Support in the administration requirements associated with the sales process as part of the development of skills necessary to progress within the business.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- Strong and convincing presentation delivery capability (both conversational and formal).

- Desirable competencies: French speaker.
- Experience in a commercial environment.
- Experience and willingness for extensive travel.
