Role Overview
We are now looking for a highly organised Service Coordinator to support our EMEA Field Service Team and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused delivery of service activities. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of our service operations. You will manage engineer allocation, customer requests, planned maintenance, and service‑related administration while ensuring a consistent and high‑quality service experience across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities for the EMEA Field Service team.
- Allocate jobs to engineers and schedule planned maintenance.
- Create and issue customer service quotations and raise service orders.
- Manage non‑project installations end‑to‑end.
- Support information flow from the out‑of‑hours call centre.
- Communicate with field service, account managers, supply chain, tech support, and partners.
- Liaise with overseas distributors and ensure accurate documentation.
- Track quotes and update bookings in D365.
- Post service orders and ensure cost/inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all field service jobs are closed with complete documentation.
- Support service admin and maintain accurate systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and scalable processes.
- Maintain KPIs and produce reports.
- Support management initiatives.
- Office‑based with occasional travel.
Qualifications
- At least 3‑5 years’ experience in a similar role
- D365 experience desirable
- Microsoft Packages
- Microsoft CRM
