Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager for Services, you will manage contract renewals, quotations, service documentation and administration activities across the EMEA region. Based from our Redhill site.
Responsibilities
- Manage service contract renewals
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Follow up outstanding quotations
- Raise purchase orders for third-party providers
- Process engineer reports for customers
- Maintain accurate records
- Support contract-related enquiries

Qualifications
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a proactive approach
Desired Skills & Experience
- GCSEs in English and Mathematics
- Advanced MS Office skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP or Navision
- Additional European languages advantageous
