Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Applications Manager with deep expertise in finance systems and business analysis to lead complex, high-impact projects across our enterprise.

This role will focus on supporting Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and HR systems, with a primary emphasis on Finance and D365 Finance & Operations.

You will be responsible for identifying business process gaps, managing end-to-end application implementations, and ensuring systems meet operational and strategic needs.

This includes working closely with stakeholders across multiple divisions, managing internal and external resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of IT Applications to prioritize initiatives for maximum business impact.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for enterprise applications.
  • Support finance teams with month-end close, project accounting, and system functionality.
  • Manage full lifecycle of IT implementations—from inception to post-go-live support.
  • Serve as Business Analyst on major projects, including test planning and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to IT standards for documentation, design, and training materials.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for ERP, CRM, and BI systems.
  • Assist in database design and data modeling to meet business needs.
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for enterprise applications, including user training.
  • Promote effective use of technology across departments.
  • Mentor junior BAs and manage project-specific resources.
  • Oversee third-party consultants and contractors during project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement and in-house expertise through training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (finance qualifications preferred).
  • Extensive years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience with D365/ERP applications.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting, and project accounting.
  • Proven experience in D365 Finance & Operations and CRM implementations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
