To provide immediate administrative support in preparation for audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Organising and reviewing Trade Compliance documentation and files
- Checking export licence records, including: SIELs and OGELs, UK export licences, German export licences and intra-community shipments & Australian licences
- Supporting documentation checks for 920CT shipments
- Verifying that all hard copy records are: accurately tracked and filed correctly, complete with all required supporting documentation
- Assisting with general administrative tasks related to compliance record-keeping
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
