We’re looking for a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our Optical Sensors and Systems portfolio. Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development for optical sensors and systems in Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial sectors.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to expand market share.
- Manage a robust pipeline from first contact to contract award.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide market insights to guide product strategy.
- Represent OSI Optoelectronics at key industry events.
- Forecast monthly sales and exceed ambitious targets.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical sales, account management, or business development within the Aerospace and/or defense sector and photonics markets.
- Strong understanding of optical components (especially sensors) and their applications in commercial and defense systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results‑driven approach with the ability to work independently.
- BSc required in Engineering or Physics; MSc preferred.
Travel
This role will require the successful candidate to travel nationally and internationally.
