Responsibilities

  • Join team meetings, workshops, and practical training sessions.
  • Work across different departments—Production, Logistics, Purchasing—so you can see how everything fits together.
  • Help improve product designs and assemblies.
  • Use CAD software to create and develop engineering ideas.
  • Research new technologies that could make our manufacturing even better.
  • Take part in New Product Introduction projects.
  • Learn all about health & safety.
  • Strengthen your critical thinking.

Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in Engineering & Manufacturing
  • Good time management and willingness to learn
  • Problem‑solving skills and a positive mindset
  • Computer skills (CAD experience is a bonus)
  • Able to ask questions, get involved, and work well with others
  • GCSE English – Grade 4/C or above
  • GCSE Maths – Grade 4/C or above
  • Technology subject – Grade 4/C or above (Engineering‑related preferred)
