Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Administrator to join our team at the Redhill, UK site. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality IT desktop support across all EMEA locations, ensuring smooth IT operations and enhancing user experience and productivity throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to implement new technologies and system upgrades.
- Provide remote support to users across multiple EMEA sites.
- Ensure continuous desktop support availability to enable uninterrupted user productivity.
- Actively contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in developing IT solutions aligned with business goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
