Role Overview
9 - 12 Month Temp Work - Immediate Start
Demonstrate the joinery skills required to enable the job holder to successfully fabricate coach built components and their correct fitment for Cargo and Vehicle Inspection Solutions. This includes proficiency in various joinery techniques, understanding of materials, and the ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions both written and verbal in order to demonstrate the skills and processes required in coach building activities.
- Read and interpret technical engineering design drawings in order to carry out the fabrication and fitment of coachwork panels.
- Perform joinery tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and other materials to create components for coach building.
- Use fixed fabrication machinery and hand tools for precision measuring and cutting.
- Operate in a manner that does not endanger both the job holder and the personnel around them.
- Assist with general workshop duties as and when required within their capabilities.
- Ensure all workshop and stores areas are kept clean and tidy to an acceptable standard.
- Work in accordance with our ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in joinery or a related field.
- Training in the use of joinery tools and machinery.
Competitive pay rates with through PAYE or Umbrella Company.
