We already strip out, partition, floor, decorate and furnish complete environments. Now we want to take that capability properly into the commercial market — and you’d be the first person dedicated to building our commercial interiors and fit-out proposition, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You aren’t joining a division somebody else has built; you’re helping build one.
OSI is a family-run workspace specialist established in 1993. From Barnsley, we design, supply, refurbish and deliver complete education, commercial and public-sector environments across the UK — from survey and space planning through to fit-out, furniture, installation and handover.
Your job is to build OSI’s commercial interiors and fit-out division by creating relationships, opportunities and profitable revenue across Yorkshire and the North. You don’t need to know how to build a stud wall — our contractors price and deliver the works. We need someone who can find the opportunity, get through the door, talk credibly on a walk-round and own the commercial relationship through to handover and repeat business.
Location: Yorkshire and the North (field-based, with time at head office in Barnsley + some home working)

Reports to: Managing Director
Pay: £40,000–£45,000 basic + uncapped commission, car or car allowance, fuel and pension
What we’re looking for: experience selling commercial interiors, office furniture, workplace or fit-out projects; a genuine new-business mentality; a track record of personally winning work; commercial sharpness; and a full UK driving licence. A strong network amongst agents, landlords, occupiers, FM providers or contractors is an advantage.
Earning potential: steady first year ~£51k good ~£55k strong £70k+ an established division approaching £90k and beyond. Commission paid monthly. OSI Limited is an equal opportunities employer.
