We are now looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Optical Sensors and Systems portfolio.
- Lead sales and business development activities for optical sensors and systems across Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial markets
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share
- Manage a full sales pipeline from initial engagement through to contract award
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support product strategy
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and achieve ambitious revenue targets
Proven experience (circa 10+ years) in technical sales, account management, or business development within Aerospace, Defense, or photonics markets. Regular travel across the UK and internationally will be required.
