Job role: As Commercial Business Administrator, you will be supporting the Commercial Account Managers with facilitating quotations and answering customer questions. Escalating any problematic issues via the necessary channels and ensuring overall customer account ownership is maintained and developed. Quotation input, dissemination, collation, and analysis to agreed timelines. Liaising with other departments to ensure requirements are processed within the required timescales. Qualifications and Experience required: Previous customer service/purchasing or account administration roles.
