We’re looking for an experienced and driven Export Manager to lead the development and growth of the Oshee brand portfolio in the UK market. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and hands‑on sales experience in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the UK Country Manager and the wider team to drive business growth and operational success.
- Develop and expand distribution of the Oshee brand across key retail, convenience, and wholesale channels.
- Manage top‑line sales revenue and ensure achievement of commercial targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key partners and distributors.
- Negotiate commercial terms and annual business plans (JBPs).
- Analyze market trends, competition, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute trade and marketing strategies for the UK market.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and international events.
- Prepare regular sales reports and manage the commercial budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager / Export Manager in FMCG.
- Proven record of success in retail and convenience channels; wholesale experience is a plus.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with P&L management experience.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and goal‑oriented – comfortable driving results in a dynamic market.
- Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel and valid Category B driving licence.
