The role in a nutshell
If you have a passion for working with children and a teamwork focus, OSHC is the career for you! As an Educator at our Outside School Hours Care Service, Mowbray Primary School Primary OSHCare, located in Lane Cove North, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being! Offering 12 hours per week, you will work after school shifts only and:
- Bring a sense of adventure, empathy and energy, as well as a meaningful teamwork approach each day.
- Supervise children through participation in games & a diverse range of activities.
- Join our school holiday program with exciting excursions!
Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
