About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You\’ll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft – whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

  • About the school

    Beaconsfield OSHCLUB, is looking for a Coordinator to lead their team of educators in providing engaging services for children ages 4-12 years old. As Coordinator, you are required to have following availabilities Monday – Friday between 6:.30 – 8.50 AM (Rise then Shine) – 3.00 PM – 6:00 PM (Stay then Play program) totalling to 34.00 hours per week (including 4 hours admin) You\’ll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

  • Hold a Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care , Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing.
