  • Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring coherence and alignment.
  • Manage and resolve inter-project dependencies, risks, and issues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
