We are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant- Loyalty Management to join our growing Salesforce practice and play a key role in delivering innovative loyalty solutions for global clients.
Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring coherence and alignment.
Manage and resolve inter-project dependencies, risks, and issues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
Monitor and report on program progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Lead and mentor project managers and teams within the program, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring efficient use of personnel, budget, and materials.
Ensure program deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Facilitate strategic decision-making and problem-solving within the program, driving continuous improvement.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and refinement of program and project management methodologies and best practices.
Competencies Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex, multiproject programs.
Strong background in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
