Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce CPQ needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Provide expertise on Salesforce CPQ functionality, features, and potential limitations. Design and present Salesforce CPQ solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen CPQ solutions.
  • Oversee the Salesforce CPQ customization and configuration process to meet client specifications. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective Salesforce CPQ adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce CPQ applications.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce CPQ trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ development and documentation. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ deployment and project lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction. Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
