The Role:

Oseyo is looking for passionate people to join our London Bridge branch. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

• Providing excellent service in every interaction with our customers, delivering great shopping experiences, and always ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operating till transactions securely and accurately based on till operational procedures.
• Receiving, processing, and organizing store deliveries, which includes heavy lifting.
• Ensuring that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company\’s standards, adhering to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation system.
• Maintaining knowledge of store products to provide advice and recommendations to customers as needed.
• Assisting customers in locating desired items.
• Handling food products and ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards.
• General cleaning and maintenance of the shop.
• Safely lift and move items weighing up to 23kg on a regular basis as part of stocking, merchandising, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum availability of three days (21 hours) per week.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary:

• Candidates aged under 21: Up to £10.75 per hour (including an hourly bonus )
• Candidates aged over 21: Up to £12.50 per hour (including an hourly bonus )
