The Role
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our new branch in Sheffield. Begin your journey with Oseyo here; we can\'t wait to welcome you to our team!
Day-to-day duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service, delivering great shopping experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Operating tills securely and accurately following operational procedures.
- Receiving, processing, and organising store deliveries, including moving potentially heavy boxes up and down stairs.
- Ensuring products are displayed and replenished according to company standards and following the First-In-First-Out stock rotation system.
- Maintaining knowledge of store products to offer advice and recommendations to customers.
- Assisting customers in locating desired items.
- Handling food products and ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
- Performing general cleaning and maintenance of the shop.
- Safely lifting and moving items weighing up to 23kg regularly during stocking, merchandising, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
