About the role: We are hiring a Head of Delivery to lead client delivery and play a key role in the next phase of growth. This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with the founder and development team across client delivery, system implementation, and delivery standards. You will take ownership of ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients while helping shape how delivery scales as the business grows. This role is delivery-led and client-facing (remotely). You will be involved in real work, from shaping solutions and overseeing implementation to working directly with clients to ensure systems deliver genuine commercial impact. Over time, this role has the potential to expand into broader operational leadership, with increased responsibility and influence as the business scales.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning client delivery end to end, driving quality, pace and commercial outcomes across our core territories including the UK and Europe.
- Acting as the central operator between clients, internal teams and our development partner, ensuring strategy turns into seamless technical execution.
- Leading and evolving delivery systems across our AI led lead generation engines, constantly improving how we operate.
- Working closely with clients to translate bold commercial goals into practical, scalable growth systems.
- Taking full oversight of planning, resourcing and implementation so projects move fast and stay on track.
- Building a delivery function designed to scale internationally, not just manage today’s workload.
