Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect
We are seeking a talented and driven experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive individual with experience across all RIBA stages, including technical detailing and multi-disciplinary coordination.
You will work on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects and contribute to every phase. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, along with the ability to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects on a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with consultants (structural, M&E, planning) and coordinate multidisciplinary input.
- Develop design proposals, technical drawings, and visualizations from concept through to detailed construction stages.
- Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulation documents.
- Assist with detailed design and tender package preparation.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
- Contribute to the development of project documentation and reports.
- Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
Requirements:
- Part 2 qualified architectural assistant or newly registered architect with at least 3-5 years’ experience working in practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for continuous professional development.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
