Key Job Responsibilities:
- To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to chase export clearance declarations and proof of delivery.
- To manage and maintain export records and documentation for all shipments alongside our ERP system and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
- To provide documentation to external customs consultants to facilitate compliance checks and audits.
- To maintain a spreadsheet tracking all export shipments and supporting documentation.
- To support with any export amendment requests, licensing or tariff processes.
- To provide admin support for wider business requests regarding export compliance and shipments.
