Responsibilities

  • The post-holder will undertake all clinical work in the Imaging Department.
  • Demonstrate specialised knowledge and expertise and support the Imaging Lead.
  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service.
  • Participate in the vetting and prioritising of all imaging examinations according to departmental guidelines, and in the optimisation and development of protocols.
  • Produce high quality images to assist in diagnosis and treatment while demonstrating high standards of care.
  • Train and supervise junior staff and assistant staff in the delivery of the service and their individual development needs in a motivational manner.
