Our Approach

  • overcome barriers to learning;
  • reduce the impact of educational disadvantage;
  • and enable every young person to make meaningful progress from their individual starting point.

We are seeking a passionate and resilient teacher who is committed to supporting the whole child and helping every young person achieve their potential.

Essential experience and qualifications

  • Experience of working with young people with SEND, including autism and medical needs.
  • The National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO), or evidence that you are working towards it.
