About the Venue: Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is a premium 4.5-star resort-style hotel overlooking the white sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands and the picturesque Botany Bay. Currently undergoing a major refurbishment, the hotel is set to become one of NSW’s leading destinations for conferences and events, boasting 11 flexible function rooms, including two grand ballrooms with a combined sit-down capacity of over 800 guests. About the Roles: We’re searching for talented Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join our passionate Conference & Events team. You’ll work across a variety of large-scale functions, plated dinners, breakfast buffets, and conference catering and will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality food for up to 1,200 guests across 11 beautifully designed function spaces, including two grand ballrooms.
