Oscar is seeking a Director of Applications in London, a hybrid role accountable for the availability and evolution of Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft 365/Azure, plus the engineering practice and AI platform operations. Reporting to the CTO, the role leads the Applications function and the platform Centre of Excellence. You will work closely with the CTO, Enterprise Architect and security teams to translate business needs into delivered platform capability, directing CI/CD.
