We are looking for a SQL Analyst to join a dynamic team of industry experts, innovators and data-driven professionals on their mission to provide high-quality, technologically advanced solutions to their client base. The role is being offered on a permanent basis from their central Leeds office. You’ll be working with new and existing clients to understand data requirements and mappings, identify patterns and trends in any issues faced, and prepare and manage database scripts. The company is proud to provide hands-on support to their customer base, and therefore you will also be working closely to provide additional onboarding and training.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in innovative thinking, customer-focused, and have a willingness to learn and expand their skill set. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and resolving issues, monitoring and managing customer-facing SAAS environments, and working closely with customers to understand and resolve any system pain-points. Your role will cover:
- Manage and monitor routine system jobs
- Prepare and manage database upgrade scripts
- Assist with user training when required
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in line with SLAs
- Working with clients to understand their data requirements
- Configure and implement settings according to business requirements
