Oscar have partnered with a forward-thinking digital agency who are on the lookout for a Solutions Consultant to join the team, assisting with their growing digital consultancy services. This kind of role doesn’t come up often, so if you are the kind of person who loves problem solving and tech, this is a must read.

The Role

You will be working to support clients, taking their business need, applying and designing a solution, and passing this on to the development and customer success team. The role will include attending client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to help clients establish what they need their digital product to do, to fix the need they have, by offering and designing solutions to assist them in this, and then briefing the team.

Required Skills

  • Experience consulting clients - able to offer and design solutions to clients, with the ability to back these up with a breakdown of how it will benefit them as a business.
  • The ability to travel across the UK to client sites, as and when required (travel costs covered).
  • To be a creative thinker – able to come up with ideas that will have a positive impact on clients and their business.
  • The ability to mentor and support fellow team members across departments.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders in large companies.
  • To have a technical understanding – have the ability to speak technically to non-technical people.
  • Experience in a director or C-suite level role is advantageous.

  • Salary: Competitive
  • Holiday: 25 days’ + bank holidays, with an extra 4 days over Christmas.
  • Work Pattern: Hybrid (min 1 day per week on-site in Solihull).
