For Companies Internal Sales Support – Up to £30k – On-site – Manchester
The Company
Oscar Enterprise have exclusively partnered with Manchester-based Apple partner, who retail and provide training on the Apple portfolio. They are experiencing year-on-year growth, and following an acquisition last year, are looking to expand in various departments. They are looking to add a key player in helping the sales team run efficiently, providing first class customer service and admin support.
The Role
You will work as part of a collaborative team specialising in Apple-centric technical solutions for education customers. You will work with clients across the UK to handle and qualify inbound calls and queries, with excellent customer service levels. Serving as the first point of contact for all inbound calls into the Education line, routing to the right team member or, where appropriate, handling the request, including quotes, order updates and finance updates.
The Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
