Sales Executive – Market Harborough – Up to £30k base – Hybrid

Role Overview

Oscar Enterprise have partnered with a leading provider of software solutions, specialising in planning and scheduling software for the manufacturing industry. They partner with global companies to help manufacturers improve production efficiency, reduce costs and improve profit.

We are looking for a junior team member to join the growing sales team. Your role will consist of generating leads that can be converted into meetings and sales. Using a mix of approaches (phone, email, LI, events) you will prospect and uncover opportunities that can then be converted into sales.

The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, able to quickly build rapport, and have the drive to follow up leads, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for the wider sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new business opportunities within target sectors (mainly manufacturing)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to align on campaigns, share insights, and support follow-up activity
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall lead generation goals
  • Build early relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and pain points

  • 1 year of experience in a B2B sales role (desireable)
