The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to identify and approach key decision makers within target accounts. You will convert qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and set appointments with technical specialists who would then spec out their environment and close on IT Services/Infrastructure.
As the role develops, your conversions will naturally improve and job role/responsibility will start bridging into Account Exec / Business Development. Each appointment set has a bonus; appointments which are converted to revenue pay 3x higher rate to you.
We are recruiting for a nationwide MSP who offer full band IT Services which include Infrastructure, Software, Digital Transformation and IT Support. They are experiencing a high volume of inbound and outbound leads; this person will be trained and develop into the technical and maintain a consistent outbound reach.
Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound & outbound leads into appointments for Technical Specialists and Account Managers.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunities and appointments set.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years' of sales work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organise calendar, follow ups and prioritise work based on commercial opportunity.
