EUC Platform Architect | Initially 6 months | London | 2/3 days on site | Outside IR35 | Rate Depends on experienceOpportunity OverviewWe are looking for an experienced EUC Platform Architect to join a major transformation programme supporting a global financial services organisation. This is a senior technical leadership position where you will be responsible for defining the architecture vision, setting platform standards, and providing design governance throughout the delivery lifecycle. ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end architecture design of the EUC platformDevelop and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)Establish technical standards, patterns, and best practices across the platformDrive architecture governance, including design reviews and approval boardsCollaborate with engineering teams to translate architectural vision into successful implementationPresent technical solutions and recommendations to senior client stakeholdersEnsure designs meet the security, compliance, and operational expectations of a regulated financial environmentCore Technology EnvironmentThe successful candidate will have strong experience designing and delivering solutions across: Omnissa Horizon VDI - essential, with recent and demonstrable experienceIGEL OS - thin client deployments and endpoint solutionsIsland.Extensive, current experience architecting Omnissa Horizon environmentsPrevious delivery experience within financial services or other highly regulated industriesStrong architectural governance experience, including ownership of HLD/LLD documentationConfidence presenting designs, challenging technical decisions, and gaining stakeholder approvalExperience defining enterprise-scale EUC solutions rather than purely operational supportExperience across the wider EUC stack, particularly IGEL, Island.To understand more about what we do with your data please review our privacy policy in the privacy section of the Oscar website.
