The role offers a fantastic base salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £80,000) and monthly performance bonuses! Top performance also have the chance for all-expense paid trip with previous destinations being New York, Barcelona and Croatia.

What You’ll Do:

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you’ll deliver expert, advice-led solutions to clients across Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection products. You’ll benefit from a steady stream of qualified, inbound leads—no cold calling, just doing what you do best: building trust, protecting lives, and closing deals.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Offering tailored protection advice to individuals and families
  • Handling warm referrals from trusted networks and exclusive in-house brands
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and introducers
  • Using advanced in-house systems to ensure FCA-compliant outcomes
  • Smashing personal and team performance goals—with no cap on your commission

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Life Insurance / Protection sales (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of term life, critical illness & income protection products
  • A people-focused approach with a passion for helping others
  • Familiarity with FCA standards and compliance processes
  • Positive mindset, resilience, and a hunger to achieve
