Our client, an award-winning fintech/financial wellbeing business supporting public sector employees, is looking for a talented Digital Analyst to join their growing Data Team. This business is renowned for its people-first culture, innovative approach and commitment to professional development.
About the Role
As a Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing digital marketing, product and user behaviour data. Your insights will directly influence marketing, product and operational strategies, helping to optimise engagement, conversion and retention across their platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse key digital metrics (conversion rates, CTR, CPA, churn, LTV) across web and marketing channels.
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to track campaigns, user journeys and platform performance.
- Use behavioural analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Heap) to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests and other controlled experiments; apply statistical methods to support decision-making.
- Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain attribution models to assess channel performance and ROAS.
- Conduct cohort analyses and audience segmentation to support targeted marketing and retention initiatives.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience, funnel conversion and product adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in digital, marketing or product analytics.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with GA4, Power BI and CRM/marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience with behavioural analytics tools (Hotjar, Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Experience with tagging, tracking and web analytics implementation.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, attribution modelling and statistical analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
