  • Handle first-line support calls and tickets
  • Log and manage issues through the helpdesk
  • Troubleshoot software/application problems
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
  • Follow up to ensure high-quality resolutions
  • Take part in ongoing technical training

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science (or similar)
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work well both independently and in a team
