Our client is a well-established and growing technology consultancy supporting organisations operating within highly secure and complex environments.

They specialise in delivering innovative cyber, cloud, software assurance and infrastructure solutions to customers across the defence, government and critical national infrastructure sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a ** Project Manager** to join their collaborative team based in Cheltenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop a career in project management, working on technically challenging projects alongside experienced professionals.

The Role As a Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of a portfolio of technical and regulatory projects by coordinating activities across multiple teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standards.

You'll work closely with technical specialists, commercial teams, customers and external partners, gaining valuable experience across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project plans across technical and regulatory workstreams.

Track project progress against agreed milestones and delivery schedules.

Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and monitor follow-up actions.

Produce regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Identify project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation plans.

Coordinate activities across technical, regulatory, commercial and supply chain teams.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Support the successful delivery of projects while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

About You The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and keen to develop within a project management environment.

You'll ideally have: A-Level education (or equivalent).

PRINCE2 Foundation or another recognised Project Management qualification.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.

Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

A logical and analytical approach to problem solving.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A professional attitude with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Previous experience within a Project Management, Project Coordinator or PMO environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
