The Role

We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst with a strong technical background to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights, optimise reporting processes, and enhance data-driven decision‑making. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining BI solutions, supporting the organisation’s growth and performance objectives. This role offers a hybrid working model, giving flexibility to work both from home and the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards to deliver insights across the business.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using ETL processes.
  • Write efficient queries using SQL to analyse large datasets.
  • Apply Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
  • Work with Snowflake and other data warehouse solutions to ensure high-quality, reliable data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support the continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and governance standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with Snowflake and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
