I have just partnered with a leading Healthcare company based in the West Midlands who are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join their growing team. Your role will include working closely with teams across the company to understand what they need from IT systems, while gathering and documenting clear, useful business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse how things are done now, and spot ways to make them more efficient or effective.
  • Help design practical solutions that make life easier for users and add real value.
  • Create clear process maps and functional documents that everyone can understand.
  • Be the bridge between technical teams and business users.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
  • Be the go-to person for scoping IT changes and small projects.
  • Help test systems and changes to make sure they work properly.
  • Provide training and support to users so they feel confident using new tools.
  • Support several change requests or projects at once.
  • Travel between our Featherstone and Swadlincote sites when needed.
  • Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and comply with relevant regulations (training provided).
  • Always represent the business in a professional and positive way.
  • Be open to learning, attend required training, and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, working on IT and/or business change projects.
  • Experience within the healthcare industry is advantageous.
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel between West Midlands and Yorkshire when required.

  • Up to Β£37,500 DOE.
  • Hybrid working (3-days on site initially, going down to 2 days).
