You and the team will look closely with our experienced Store Partner, gaining valuable commercial and operational experience.
Our store is involved in our joint venture partnership, where we have had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional business leaders who have joined Oscar Wylee as part owners of our stores.
- Providing outstanding eye care and eyewear styling advice tailored to each patient and potential clientele who enter the store.
- Dispensing lenses and frames based on the prescription of each patient, provided by our Optometrists.
- Building meaningful and affirmingrelationships with our patients- give them a reason to visit us again!
- Assisting with the opening and closing procedures everyday.
About You
- 1+ years experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years retail sales experience
- Reliable with previous experience in store opening/closing duties
- Strong attention to detail with basic mathematical skills
- A confident, clear and proactive worker with strong communication skills
- Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships with co-workers and customers alike
- A go-getter with a positive and friendly manner, ready to provide customers with outstanding service!
