We are seeking a Private Client Tax Partner in Swindon to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personal tax advisory, trust and estate planning, and compliance services. You will provide strategic guidance, lead client relationships, and develop and mentor a team of tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise HNW clients on personal tax, trusts, estate planning, and wealth structuring
- Oversee personal and trust tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Lead business development and strengthen existing client relationships
- Mentor and develop the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Keep abreast of UK tax legislation changes and provide proactive advice to clients
About You
- CTA-qualified with extensive experience advising HNW clients
- Deep knowledge of IHT, CGT, trusts, residence & domicile, and family investment companies
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring experience
- Proven business development track record and excellent client relationship skills
- Commercially minded, proactive, and strategic in your approach
