We are recruiting a Mixed Tax Senior Manager in Godalming to lead advisory and compliance services for owner-managed businesses (OMBs) and family business clients. This senior role offers exposure to strategic tax planning, business reorganisations, and holistic advisory projects, with responsibility for client relationship management and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex tax advice across corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, VAT, and SDLT.
- Advise on business reorganisations, share buy-backs, EMI/growth share schemes, and tax reliefs (EIS/SEIS).
- Review technical tax analysis, valuations, and HMRC submissions.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff to maintain high-quality output.
- Support partners with client pitches, business development, and strategic advisory projects.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and internal quality standards.
About You
ACA/ACCA and CTA/ATT qualified (or equivalent). Extensive experience advising owner-managed and family businesses.
