We are partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Stoke to recruit a Mixed Tax Partner. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced tax professional to lead and develop a mixed tax service line, working closely with owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals while helping shape the firm’s future growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a mixed tax portfolio, covering both corporate and personal tax clients
- Provide high-level tax planning and advisory support to owner-managed businesses and individuals
- Act as a trusted adviser, building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Identify and deliver tax planning opportunities, including succession planning, remuneration planning, and restructuring
- Oversee tax compliance across the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legislation
- Lead, mentor, and develop the tax team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Play a key role in business development, networking, and growing the firm’s tax offering
- Work closely with other partners to deliver a joined-up advisory service
Skills, Knowledge Expertise
- CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in mixed tax within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax and personal tax
