This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant with experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector. You'll manage a varied portfolio, oversee charity accounts and independent examinations, develop client relationships and support the next generation of professionals. Review charity accounts and independent examinations prepared by junior team members Support junior staff with the preparation of charity accounts under SORP Work closely with the Head of Charities on ad hoc projects and specialist advice Deal with charity accounting, taxation and VAT queries Review limited company accounts and support wider accounts assignments Prepare corporation tax and personal tax returns where required Coach and develop trainees, helping them build successful careers within the not-for-profit sector ACA or ACCA qualified Previous accounting or audit experience within the charity / not-for-profit sector Strong understanding of charity accounting and SORP Experience coaching, mentoring or leading junior team members Strong communication and relationship-building skills Hybrid and flexible working Competitive salary and benefits Significant client responsibility and development opportunities Coaching and mentoring responsibilities Ongoing professional training and support Clear career progression Apply today for a confidential discussion with Jack Wood on or .
